Example: Helping a Customer With a Difficult Case
In one of our recent customer inquiries, the client ran into a problem: the part they needed was either unavailable in Ukraine or priced far too high. This case is a great example of how we can help car owners without exception.
One of our customers reached out looking for an engine mount for an Alfa Romeo 159. The original part is hydraulic and costs over 13,000 UAH. On top of that, it's very hard to find in Ukraine — it's not kept in stock anywhere, so it has to be special-ordered.

So, in 13-15 days, the customer will receive an engine mount cast in polyurethane, backed by a one-year material warranty — all for half the price of the original part.
